Kuala Kedah

All the waters enclosed within the area bounded by a line drawn from a point at Lat. 06° 04¢ N., Long. 100° 18.8¢ E., in a westerly direction to Lat. 06° 04¢ N., Long. 100¢ 13¢ E., thence in a northerly direction to Lat. 06° 08¢ N., Long.100° 13¢ E., thence in a northerly direction to Lat. 06° 08¢ N., Long. 100° 13¢ E., thence in an easterly direction to the bank at Lat. 06° 08¢ N., Long .100° 16.6¢ E., thence following the coast to Sungei Kedah; thence following the northern bank of Sungei Kedah to the Badlishah Bridge at Alor Star; thence following the southern bank of Sungei Kedah from the Badlishah Bridge to the mouth of Sungei Kedah; and thence following the coast back to the point at Lat. 06° 04¢ N., Long. 100¢ 18.8¢ E., and any navigable river, channel or creek leading into such confines, including all piers, jetties, wharves, landing places, quays, docks and other similar works whether within or without the line of high-water mark and any portion of the shore or bank within 45.72 metres of high-water mark subject to any rights of private property therein.
